As the saying goes. Everything is energy. Energy connects everything. Energy carries information in the same way actions speak louder than words. The past, present and future all exists simultaneously. Therefore, as energetic beings we have access to the past, present and future at any point in time via energy. It all connects.

Thought I might share a little story with you all…About a year ago, I was literally in a bad place emotionally. I was heartbroken and felt like I was never going to be happy again. It was a painful time in my life and I can only look up and thank God for all the blessings he has bestowed on me. Because I hardly could have made it. I also took it upon myself to start giving out positive energy to others, to match the frequency of my reality. As Albert Einstein perfectly stated that Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.
I knew that for me to attract good, I had to continue being me and give out positive energy regardless of the Ls I received. That’s not something easy to do especially when you are healing. However, I feel that helped me heal even faster because I knew deep down, there was a reason for my pain. Regardless, I had to push through and continue giving positive vibes to help someone out there who might be in much more need than me.
Fast forward to present day, I can tell you that what you think about, activates a vibration within you. Energy is everything and your thoughts begin it, your emotions amplify it and your action increases its momentum. In other news, my little sundress made me feel like a tennis player. I was going for an athleisure look to embrace the fact that the weather is spot on this week and its the perfect time to bring out the cute dresses.
