SPRING IN AMSTERDAM

Patterns add a great touch to any look. I fell in love with the embroidery floral pattern on this top and I just had to carry it with me on my holiday. Packing for a holiday can be quite a task but I found that matching your clothes/outfits before hand really helps. By doing so, you know exactly what you are wearing on which specific day.

Hey Everyone! Today’s post is going to be from the beautiful City of Amsterdam. My boyfriend and I were both excited about this trip as its our first holiday together. As soon as we arrived, I could hardly wait to get touring right away. First things first, I would recommend having an itinerary for your vacation in order to fully explore the city within a limited amount of time. Secondly, try to familiarise yourself with the transport system as it is way much cheaper to get up and about using public transport or better still cycle around. Unfortunately, I cant cycle so that was not an option. But their Tram lines are pretty much efficient. Our Hotel is in Biljmer Arena which is like 15mins away from Amsterdam central, which ain’t too bad.

When discovering new places, I mostly go for comfortable looks which almost all the time includes my trusted Chuck Taylors and I think they are great for when one is planning to do quite a lot of walking but still wanting to look trendy. I also carried my camel coat just in case the temperatures dropped. I added a cute top from Romwe. Funny thing is this top is meant to be an off shoulder but honestly when I wore it that way, it kept moving up my shoulders so I eventually got tired of pulling it down. I later changed into a pair of heeled sandals for an evening look because we went for dinner on the evening canal cruise which was absolutely spectacular. Amsterdam is even more beautiful at night and would definitely recommend you to visit and experience the beauty of it all. Enjoy the rest of your day guys and I look forward to your lovely comments.

Have you ever been to Amsterdam? What sort of outfits would you pack for your trip?
